What’s your return/exchange policy?

As friendly a policy as you’ll find - if you want to return the bag for any reason (assuming it has been unused in the same condition you received it), you can quickly and easily set up a free return within 60 days of purchase.

How do I set up a return/exchange?

We want you to love your new bag. If you need to return it, reach out to us at help@halfdaytravel.com and we’ll send you a free label you can use to send it back.

How long does it usually take to receive my order?

Your order should ship out within 2-3 business days of being placed. Then, depending on where you’re located, it generally takes 3-5 business days to reach you. 

If I need it faster, can you make that happen?

At this time, we’re unable to expedite shipping on these orders. 

This bag looks really awesome?

That’s not really a question, but we agree.

Will this bag work as a carry-on for my upcoming flight?

Yes, the Garment Duffel is a great carry-on option. It's TSA-compliant and should fit perfectly in the overhead bin.

I’d like to place a bulk order. How should I proceed?

I can’t find my shoulder strap. What should I do?

First, make sure you’ve checked in the shoe pockets of the bag. That's where we store them for shipping. If you still don’t have it, drop us a line at help@halfdaytravel.com and we’ll make sure you’re squared away.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We can’t believe it either.

 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories outside of the continental US?

Unfortunately at this time shipping costs don't permit us to ship Halfday products outside of the "lower 48". We are working hard to offer shipping to more and more regions soon!

 

What’s the maximum men’s shoe size that can fit in the shoe pockets?

A shoe up to size 13 should fit without any issue. 

How should I clean this thing?

We wouldn't recommend throwing it in the washing machine, but spot cleaning with some gentle dish soap like Dawn and water would be our recommended method! If the bag is super dirty, a hand wash in cold water would be fine, too.
