Bespoke Post Limited Warranties for Halfday Products

Effective June 1, 2026

Limited Warranty Coverage

Bespoke Post is pleased to offer the following limited warranties on the following Halfday luggage products and accessories (subject to the other terms set forth below):

  • Luggage (hardshell AND soft-sided rollers/checked bags) – Limited Lifetime Warranty
    • This warranty applies for the reasonable expected life of the luggage and only when used for its intended purpose of packing for travel in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.
    • This warranty covers failures of: shell integrity, wheels, telescoping handles, zippers, latches, internal structural components, fabric tears/delamination (soft-sided), stitching failures, and structural frames.
  • Bags (weekenders, duffels, and backpacks) –2-Year Limited Warranty
    • This warranty applies for a period of two years from the date of purchase and only when the bag is used for its intended purpose of packing for travel in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.
    • This warranty covers: stitching failures, zipper failures, strap attachment point failures, hardware defects (buckles, clips, D-rings), and fabric tears from manufacturing defects.
  • Accessories (compression cubes, luggage tags, and organizers) – 1-Year Limited Warranty
    • This warranty applies for a period of one year from the date of purchase and only when the accessories are used for their intended purpose in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.
    • This warranty covers: zipper failures, seam failures, and hardware defects. 

General Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all of the limited warranties described above:

  • The limited warranties only apply to luggage, bags, and accessories described above manufactured by Halfday and sold by Bespoke Post after the effective date of this limited warranty document shown above.
  • The limited warranties only apply to products purchased and used for personal usage and do not apply to any products purchased or used for commercial or rental use.
  • The limited warranties only are for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. The warranties are not transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The limited warranties do not cover:
    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents, chips, stains, fading)
    • Airline, train, or other carrier damage
    • Damage from abuse, misuse, or mishandling
    • Damage from unauthorized modifications
    • Overpacking damage
    • Normal wear on high-friction areas
    • Normal wear and tear that does not significantly adversely affect the functionality of the product as luggage or, for accessories, the product's other primary intended function
  • If a purchaser or gift recipient believes a Halfday product sold by Bespoke Post has a defect or failure covered by the limited warranties set forth above, that person must contact Bespoke Post's Customer Service Team before the end of the applicable warranty period described above either by text message at (914) 326-2765 or by email ([email protected]). If it is determined by Bespoke Post's Customer Service Team that the product needs to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, the purchaser or gift recipient will be provided with return instructions along with a pre-paid mailer for the return of the product to Bespoke Post. For hardshell luggage, Bespoke Post, at its option, may provide a repair kit for installation by the purchaser or gift recipient as the first step in addressing the warranty issue. If requested by its Customer Service Team, the purchaser or gift recipient must return the product to Bespoke Post to maintain their warranty claim. If, after reviewing the returned Product and other information and materials submitted by the purchaser or gift recipient, Bespoke Post determines that the product has a covered defect or failure under the limited warranties set forth above, Bespoke Post will, at its option and expense, repair or replace the product or defective part thereof. Replacement products may be new or repaired products. Replacement products may be provided in a different color and the same or larger size, and replacement parts may differ in appearance from the original parts due to product updates, discontinuations, or availability. Bespoke Post is not obligated to ensure cosmetic uniformity. Replacement products may not include any personalization, customization, monogramming, or other individualized features that were applied to the original product. For limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items or parts, Bespoke Post may not provide an exact replacement and instead may provide a replacement product or part with equal or greater retail value. All replaced products and parts become the property of Bespoke Post.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bespoke Post's sole and exclusive liability and obligation, and purchasers' and gift recipients' sole remedy, under these limited warranties will be the repair or replacement of the product in accordance with and subject to the requirements of this limited warranty document.
  • THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES GIVEN BY BESPOKE POST WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND ARE GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY CUSTOM, TRADE USAGE, OR COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND BESPOKE POST HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. To the extent an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed or excluded, such warranty is limited in duration to the warranty period. This disclaimer and exclusion shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose.
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESPOKE POST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR USE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BESPOKE POST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In any event, Bespoke Post's liability under this limited warranty document will never exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the liability.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on warranties or remedies for breach in certain transactions at all or to the full extent set forth herein. Consequently, in such jurisdictions, the limits in this limited warranty document may not apply to the full extent set forth.
  • Bespoke Post reserves the right to deny warranty claims, and to limit the number of claims per customer or per product, or invalidate warranty coverage entirely in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the product or the warranty process. Bespoke Post may require additional information or proof of defect and may investigate claims as necessary. Any determination of abuse, fraud, or misuse will be made in Bespoke Post's sole discretion.
  • This limited warranty document is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
