Refund policy
Returns
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Monogrammed items
Return Process
To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@halfdaytravel.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at help@halfdaytravel.com.
Gifts
If your item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.
