This warranty applies for the reasonable expected life of the luggage and only when used for its intended purpose of packing for travel in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.This warranty covers failures of: shell integrity, wheels, telescoping handles, zippers, latches, internal structural components, fabric tears/delamination (soft-sided), stitching failures, and structural frames.
- The Premium Garment Duffel 45L – 2-Year Warranty
This warranty applies for a period of two years from the date of purchase and only when the bag is used for its intended purpose of packing for travel in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the product.This warranty covers: stitching failures, zipper failures, strap attachment point failures, hardware defects (buckles, clips, D-rings), and fabric tears from manufacturing defects.
